If you use the equipment supplied by BT for Infinity ie. Openreach Modem and BT HomeHub 3 then I am afraid you cannot get access to router stats It's only the people who have bought their own routers or combined modem and router that can access stats. My Ping ranges between 13 to 19ms avg is 15.
